摘要
美国教育技术领域是绩效技术的诞生地。美国高校在硕博层次开设了绩效技术相关课程,系统培养绩效技术人才。为进一步厘清绩效技术知识体系,获得在我国高校培养绩效技术人才的启示,采用内容分析法,筛选了美国35所高校中共计143门绩效技术相关课程进行了研究。结果发现,美国高校绩效技术课程的内容基本对应绩效技术知识体系。其中,基本原理类课程数量较少,操作技能类课程数量最多,且特别重视需求评估和分析能力;基础类课程知识面很广,涉及管理学、商学、人体工学等众多领域。在此基础上为国内高校培养绩效技术人才提出了具体可操作的建议。
Human performance technology (HPT) was born in the field of educational technology in the U.S. Universities in the States have set up relative courses in the master or doctor programs, systematically cultivating HPT professionals. In order to further identify HPT knowledge system, and gain enlightens of cultivating HPT professionals in our universities, by applying content analysis method, screen and research 143 HPT relative courses among 35 universities in the States. As the result shows, the HPT courses contents correspond to the HPT knowledge system. Among those researched courses, the number of courses which learning contents are basic principles is small; the number of courses which learning contents are practical and operating knowledge and skills is the largest, and these courses pay more attention to develop students'competencies of needs assessment and analysis; and the foundation course is with a wide coverage, involving performance improvement relative fields like manage, business, and even ergonomic and so on. Lastly, come up with some specific and operable suggestions for cultivating HPT professionals in our universities of our country.
