摘要
对管道压力的预警自动监测仪器设计是保证管道油气运输的关键。传统的管道压力预警监测设计装置采用周期性高低频压力信号检测方法,无法有效实现对异常压力状态的实时监测。提出一种基于FPGA的管道压力预警自动监测系统设计模型,FPGA可编程逻辑控制信号转换成两路相反的驱动器控制信号来控制驱动器,进行压力信号采集,设计直接型I滤波器进行管道压力信号特征提取,DSP和FPGA通过SPI口进行通信,给DSP一个启动AD采样信号,实现超压预警和自动监测。最后设计出硬件电路。系统实验结果表明,采用该系统进行管道压力检测,当油气运输管道中的压力信号超标时,具有较明显的预警波峰,实现对管道压力的准确实时预警和监测,保障了管道运输的安全。
The pipeline pressure warning automatic monitoring instrument design is the key to guarantee the transportation of oil and gas pipeline. Pipeline pressure monitoring early warning device design using the traditional cycle of high-low pressure signal detection method, can effectively realize the real-time monitoring of abnormal pressure state. Put forward a FPGA based pipeline pressure warning automatic monitoring system design model, FPGA programmable logic control sig-nal into two opposite drive control signals to control the drive, pressure signal acquisition, feature extraction pipeline pres-sure signal design of direct type I filter, DSP and FPGA through the SPI communication port, give DSP a start AD sampling signal, to realize the super pressure warning and automatic monitoring. Finally, design the hardware circuit. Experimental results show that the pipeline system, pressure test was adopted in the system, when the pressure signal of oil and gas trans-portation pipeline in exceed the standard, has obvious warning crest, the realization of the pipeline pressure real-time moni-toring and early warning accuracy, guarantee the safety of pipeline transportation.
