摘要
以氧化淀粉、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯为主要原料,采用无皂乳液聚合方法合成氧化淀粉接枝苯丙共聚物胶乳,并采用红外、电镜、热分析、电位测量等方法对产物进行表征。实验结果表明,氧化淀粉参与接枝共聚有助于改善胶乳的胶体稳定性和热力学稳定性。涂布应用实验表明,淀粉接枝共聚物胶乳可以改善涂布纸的光泽度、印刷光泽度、平滑度和干强度等性能。
Oxidized starch-graft-poly(styrene-butyl acrylate)latex synthesized by the graft copolymerization of oxidized starch with styrene and butyl acrylate via free-surfactant emulsion polymerization.The graft copolymers were characterized by FTIR,TEM,potential measurement,and thermo analysis.The colloidal and thermal stability of copolymers were improved by addition of oxidized starch.The properties of paper coated with the starch graft copolymer latex were improved in gloss,printing gloss,smoothness,and dry surface strength.
