40例幼儿肱骨髁上骨折临床治疗观察

Clinical Observation of 40 Cases of Children With Humeral Condylar Fracture

目的分析切开复位克氏针内固定方法和手法复位外固定方法治疗幼儿肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。方法收集2013年1月到2014年1月东莞市中堂镇医院收治40例幼儿肱骨髁上骨折患者临床资料,按照不同的治疗方法,分为治疗组与对照组,各20例。治疗组采取切开复位克氏针内固定方法,对照组采取手法复位外固定方法,最后分析两组患儿临床治疗效果。结果治疗组患儿治疗总有效率为95%,明显高于对照组的80%,差异显著P<0.05;治疗组患儿UCLA评分和ASAES评分明显高于对照组,差异显著P<0.05;治疗组并发症的发生率为5%,明显低于对照组的25%,差异显著P<0.05。结论切开复位克氏针内固定治疗于幼儿肱骨髁上骨折患者,治疗有效率较高,促进术后康复,有利于改善患儿预后情况,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation with internal fixation method for the treatment of humeral condylar fracture in children.Methods The clinical data of 40 cases of young children with humeral condylar fractures were collected from January 2013 to January 2014.According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group, 20 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation, and the control group was treated by manipulative reduction and external fixation.The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group was treated with the therapy, was significantly higher than that in control group 80%, significant difference ( P<0.05 ); Treatment group with UCLA score and asaes score was significantly higher than that of control group, significant difference (P<0.05);The occurrence rate of complications for 5%, significantly lower than the control group of 25%treatment, the difference was significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Open reduction and Kirschner wire internal fixation in the treatment of children humeral supracondylar fracture patients, high treatment efficiency, promote the postoperative recovery, is&nbsp;conducive to improve the prognosis of patients, it is worth clinical promotion.
