冠心病、心律失常患者中医治疗的临床疗效及安全性分析

Patients With Coronary Heart Disease,Arrhythmia Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Curative Effect and Safety Analysis

目的探讨利用中医方法治疗冠心病心律失常所取得的临床效果。方法选择2014年9月—2015年4月曾在大连金州新区中医医院接受治疗的冠心病心率失常患者112例,以随机方法分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者利用西医常规方法治疗,观察组患者的治疗方法为中医疗法,观察两组患者临床有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果通过以不同方法对两组患者进行治疗,观察组中患者有效人数为52例,对照组中有40例患者有效,两组患者有效人数差异明显;观察两组患者不良反应发生情况,观察组中患者不良反应发生人数为6例,对照组中患者有15例出现不良反应,两组患者的不良反应发生率差异显著。结论对冠心病心律失常以中医方法进行治疗,可取得较满意的临床效果,所得到临床有效率比较高,并且不良反应较少,安全性较高。

Objective To study the treatment of coronary heart disease with TCM method the clinical effect of arrhythmia.Methods In September 2014 -April 2015 in our hospital treated 112 cases of patients with coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, divided into observation group and control group by random method, using the method of conventional western medicine treatment, control group patients in the observation group patients treatment methods for traditional Chinese medicine therapy, observe two groups of patients with clinical effectiveness and adverse reactions occur.Results Through the treatment of two groups of patients in different methods, the number of patients in observation group effective for 52 cases, 40 patients in control group, the effective number of two groups of patients with effective difference obvious; Observe adverse reactions occurred in both groups, patients in observation group number of adverse reactions happen for 6 cases, patients in the control group with 15 cases with adverse reactions, a significant difference in two groups of patients with adverse reactions.Conclusion The treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease with TCM method, can obtain satisfactory clinical effect, by clinical efficiency is higher, and less adverse reaction, high security.
