摘要
目的观察和分析中西医结合治疗急性脑梗死的临床治疗效果。方法选取2013年9月至2014年10月江西石城县小松镇中心卫生院收治的急性脑梗死患者60例,依照随机分配原则将患者分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用西医治疗,实验组采用中西医结合治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较。结果实验组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组治疗后的神经功能缺损程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论中西医结合治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果优于西医治疗,总有效率高,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical therapeutic effects of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods To choose between September 2013 and October 2014 our hospital 60 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction, in accordance with the principle of randomized divided the patients into the experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group.The control group treated by western medicine, used by combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients were compared.Results Treatment group total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group ( P <0.05 ) , the experimental group after treatment of nerve function defect was significantly lower than control group ( P<0.05 ) , the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion The clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of acute cerebral infarction takes effect, total effective rate is high, worth clinical promotion.
