通过微量元素调节对骨折卧床病人便秘发生率的影响

Effect of Comfort Care on the Incidence of Constipation in Patients With Fracture by Microelement Regulation

目的观察分析护理对骨折卧床病人便秘发生率的影响。方法对佛山市第一人民医院2012年5月到2013年5月收治的60例骨折病人,进行回顾性分析,并将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30例病人,对照组病人采用常规护理干预治疗,观察组病人采用舒适护理干预以及微量元素调节,分析护理对骨折卧床病人便秘发生率的改善作用。结果观察组病人有效率明显高于对照组,两组差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床中,对骨折卧床病人,应用护理干预以及微量元素调节,可以提高疾病治疗效果,促进骨折恢复,降低便秘发生率,值得在实践中推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of comfort nursing on the incidence of constipation in patients with fracture.Methods 60 cases of May 2012 to 2013 May treated patients with fractures, were retrospectively analyzed and divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group of patients, the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention treatment, patients in observation group used the comfortable nursing intervention and trace element transfer section, of comfort care on fracture rate improve constipation patients lying in bed.Results The efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice, regulation of fracture patients lying in bed and application of comfort nursing intervention and trace elements can improve the therapeutic effect, promote fracture recovery and reduce the incidence of constipation, it is worthy to be popularized in practice.
