临床护理路径在老年精神分裂症的应用研究

Application study of clinical nursing pathway in senile schizophrenics

目的:探讨临床护理路径(Clinical Nursing Pathway简称CNP)与传统护理工作模式对精神科患者护理质量的影响。方法:将80名精神病患者随机分为两组,观察组实施CNP模式,对照组实施传统护理模式。观察新的护理模式对患者SCL-90、SDS、SAS评量表、住院费用、住院天数的影响。结果:观察组SCL-90、SDS、SAS评量均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:实施CNP可提高护理工作的主动性,减少患者波动症状。

Objective:To study effects of clinical nursing pathway ( CNP) and the traditional nursing mode on quality of psy-chiatric patient care. Methods:80 patients with psychosis were randomly divided into two groups: observation group ( CNP model) , and control group (traditional nursing mode). The effects of the new nursing mode on SCL-90, SDS and SAS rating scale, hospitaliza-tion expenses and hospitalization days were observed. Results: The SCL-90, SDS and SAS scores of observation group were signifi-cantly better than those of control group (P<0. 01). Conclusions: The implementation of CNP can improve the initiative of nursing work, and reduce the fluctuations in the patients with symptoms.
