带有光电反馈的半导体激光器系统分叉研究

摘要 主要研究了一个具有AC耦合非线性光电回路的单模半导体激光系统的分叉行为.应用分叉理论及Hopf分叉定理,详细分析了它的平衡点分叉及稳定性随系统参数的变化规律,获得了平衡点附近存在Hopf分叉周期解的解析条件.最后的数值试验表明这样的周期解是不稳定的. Bifurcation behaviors of a closed-loop optical system,consisting of a single-mode semiconductor laser with AC-coupled nonlinear optoelectronic feedback,were theoretically studied. By using bifurcation method of dynamical system including the Hopf bifurcation theorem,bifurcation and stability of equilibria were analysed in detail and conditions under which Hopf bifurcation occured near an equilibrium were obtained.Finally,numerical experiments were carried out to show that Hopf bifurcating periodic orbit was unstable.
