摘要
命题是教师工作的重要环节,教师命题素养高低直接影响到学科测试与评价的质量。切实提高中学英语教师的命题素养和评价能力是新课程改革和发展的必然要求。问卷调查和试卷文本分析结果显示,广西高中英语教师命题能力欠缺,主要原因是思想认识不到位、管理制度跟不上、拿来主义作祟以及缺少专业指导。通过转变观念、加强职前职后培训、强化命题意识和命题实践等措施,提高高中英语教师的命题素养,促进其专业成长。
Making tests is an important link in the work of teachers.It has become an inevitable requirement for high school EFL teachers to increase their literacy of making tests and assessment in the process of new curriculum reform.A survey is conducted to explore Guangxi high school EFL teachers’literacy of making tests in light of a questionnaire and some samples of test papers.The study shows that they are inadequate in terms of literacy of making tests because of their improper i-deological understanding,insufficient management system,excessive reliance on plagiarism and ab-sence of professional guidance.It is suggested that high school EFL teachers should change their con-ceptions,attend pre-service and in-service training,strengthen awareness and practice so as to im-prove the literacy of making tests and promote the professional growth.
