脆弱性研究进展及发展趋势

Research Advance and Developing Tendency for Vulnerability

脆弱性是应对全球变化和寻求区域可持续发展研究的新的科学工具。该文对国内外脆弱性研究的概念、评价方法和研究方向进行了总结。认为,脆弱性概念应该从驱动力和作用对象分型界定;国内城市人工化系统脆弱性评价存在对脆弱性系统结构认识不清、方法失当的问题;城市人工化系统脆弱性是国内今后研究的重点方向,脆弱性表征、脆弱性评价、脆弱性形成机理及脆弱性调控措施是城市人工化系统脆弱性研究的总体思路和方法。

The study of vulnerability is one of the new scientific tools both to global changes and regional sustainable development.In this paper,the vulnerability of the domestic and foreign research concepts,evaluation methods and the research directions are concluded.The author argues that the concepts of vulnerability should be defined from the driving forces and objects affected;the assessment of vulnerability for domestic urban vulnerability involves improper system structures and improper approaches to the problem;the vulnerability of domestic urban artificial system is the focus of future research direction,and characterization of vulnerability,vulnerability assessment,vulnerability formation mechanism and regulatory measures of vulnerability will be the research frameworks and research methods.
