分析锁定钢板治疗应用于老年肱骨近端骨折的疗效

Analysis of the efficacy of locking plate in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures in elderly patients

目的:对老年肱骨近端骨折应用锁定钢板的临床效果进行探究.方法:选取2010-01/2015-07我院收治的老年肱骨近端骨折患者60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=30)和实验组(n=30).对照组实施传统钢板固定,实验组给予锁定钢板治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比.结果:实验组优良率为93.3%,明显高于对照组73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者手术指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对老年肱骨近端骨折应用锁定钢板,安全性以及固定效果较好,值得临床借鉴.

AIM: To explore the clinical effect of locking plate in the treatment of elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures. METHODS:A total of 60 elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures in our hospital from January 2010 to July 2015 were selected as research object, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional plate fixation, and the observation group was treated with locking plate. The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients were compared. RESULTS:After treatment, the recovery rate of the observation group was 93. 3%, which was higher than 73. 3% of the control group. The difference was statistically significance (P<0.05). The difference of operation index between two groups was statistically significant ( P< 0. 05 ) . CONCLUSION: The application of locking plate for elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures was safe, has an excellent fixation effect, and is worthy of clinical reference.
