巴曲酶治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床应用效果分析

Analysis of clinical application effect of batroxobin in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke

目的:探讨巴曲酶治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效,提高急性缺血性脑卒中的治疗水平.方法:选取2013-03/2014-03我院收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者40例,随机分为观察组(n=20)和对照组(n=20).对照组给予常规急性缺血性脑卒中治疗;观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上,静脉注射巴曲酶进行治疗.观察并比较常规治疗方案与巴曲酶治疗方案的临床效果、不良反应率、患者满意程度.结果:治疗后,观察组不良反应率、治疗效果、患者满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义.结论:在常规治疗方案的基础上,给予静脉注射巴曲酶治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的不良反应率低、临床效果显著、患者满意度高,值得临床广泛推广及应用.

AIM: To study the clinical application effect of batroxobin in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke, and thus to raise the level of the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. METH?ODS:A total of 40 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group ( n= 20 ) and control group ( n=20). Patients in the control group were treated by conventional therapy, while patients in the observation group received batroxobin injection combined conventional therapy. The clinical effect of conventional therapy and batroxobin injection combined conventional therapy, the incidence of adverse reactions and patients satisfaction were observed and compared. RESULTS:After treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions, curative effect, and patients ’ satisfaction rate of the observation group were significantly lower, higher and better than those of the control group. The difference is statistically significant( P<0.05) . CONCLUSION: Batroxobin injection combined conventional therapy causes less adverse reaction, has better curative effect with higher patients satisfaction rate in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. It is worthy of clinical application and spread.
