摘要
目的:了解西部地方高校男男性行为人群(MSM)艾滋病(AIDS)相关行为的特征,为在该人群中开展有效的艾滋病防控提供科学依据.方法:采用滚雪球法选择对象,对抽取的大学生MSM人群进行匿名问卷调查,所得资料进行描述性统计分析.结果:84名MSM平均年龄(22.4±1.33)岁,主要通过网络进行同性交友和寻找性伴,35.7%近半年发生过肛交,肛交中全程使用安全套的比例为53.3%;20.2%半年内与女性发生过插入性性行为,且只有41.2%每次都使用了安全套.10.7%检测过HIV.结论:西部地方高校MSM人群不安全性行为发生率高和艾滋病检测率较低,应采用综合的防控措施降低其感染艾滋病的风险.
AIM: To understand the AIDS?related behavioral characters among men who have sex with men ( MSM ) , and provide scientific basis for effective AIDS prevention and control measures. METHODS: Snowball sampling was used to select objects,each MSM was asked for finishing an anonymous question?naire, and data was analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis. RESULTS:The average age of 84 MSM were 22. 4 ± 1. 33 years and most of gay dating and finding sexual partners were through the internet. Among them 35.7% engaged in anal sex in the past 6 months,condom use rate was 53.3% in anal sex;20.2% MSM had sex with women in the past 6 months,only 41.2% used a condom every time and 10. 7% had tested HIV. CONCLUSION:MSM had high prevalence of unsafe sex and low HIV testing rate among west China local college students. Comprehensive prevention and control measures should be adopted to reduce their high risk of HIV infection.
