Psychological counseling on suicide attempters in emergency department of general hospitals

目的:研究心理咨询对综合医院急诊自杀未遂者的干预作用.方法:选取2010-07/2015-06辽源市中心医院和威海市经区医院两院急诊科收治的60例自杀未遂者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=30)与研究组(n=30).对照组患者采取常规的救治与护理手段,研究组在对照组基础上为患者提供专业的心理咨询帮助.观察并比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果.结果:通过治疗与护理后,研究组患者的各项心理指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:常规护理手段联合心理咨询能有效的改善自杀未遂者的负面情绪,消除其自杀的念头,有利于提高患者对生活的信心.

AIM:To study the effect of psychological counseling on the suicide attempters in the emergency department of general hospitals. METHODS:A total of 60 cases of suicide attempters admitted to our hospitals, Liaoyuan Central Hospital and Weihai Jingqu Hospital from July 2010 to June 2015 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment and nursing, while patients in the observation group were provided psychological counseling on the basis of conventional treatment and nursing. The clinical effect of the two groups were observed and compared after treatment. RESULTS: After treatment and nursing, the psychological indexes of patients in the observation group were significantly superior to that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). CONCLU?SION: The conventional care combined with counseling can effectively improve the negative emotions of suicide attempters, and eliminate the idea of suicide. It is beneficial for the improve?ment of the patient?s confidence in life.
