老年性脑梗死护理中应用优质护理服务的效果观察

Observation on application of high quality nursing service in senile cerebral infarction

目的:探究对老年性脑梗病患采取优质护理服务措施的意义.方法:选取56例在我院进行治疗的老年性脑梗病患,并进行分析研究.对56例病患实施优质护理服务措施,并对护理前后病患的心理状态进行比较.结果:采取优质护理服务措施后,评估病患的抑郁及焦虑程度,均明显比护理前好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:研究老年性脑梗病患的心理问题,制定有针对性个性化的护理计划,能够明显改善病患的抑郁及焦虑程度,提高病患的满意度,在临床上具有重大意义,值得广泛推广.

AIM:To explore the significance of quality nursing service measures on patients with senile cerebral infarction. METHODS:A total of 56 cases with senile cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital, were selected and analyzed. All cases were given high quality nursing service, and the mental state of patients were compared before and after nursing. RESULTS:After being given high quality nursing service, the degree of depression and anxiety of patients were significantly better than that of nursing care, and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ) . CONCLUSION: It?s significant to study the psychological problems of patients with senile cerebral infarction and make a specific nursing plan, and the degree of depression, anxiety and satisfaction of patients were significantly improved, which is worth of extensive popularization.
