健康教育对老年克雷氏骨折患者遵医嘱行为的影响

Influence of health education on compliance in elderly patients with Colles fracture

目的:探讨健康教育对老年克雷氏骨折患者遵医嘱行为的影响.方法:选取我院2013-01/2015-01收治的老年克雷氏骨折患者45例作为研究对象.对患者进行评估,并观察患者在我科接受健康教育后的临床效果.结果:在对45例老年克雷氏骨折患者进行健康教育后,治愈患者43例,治愈率为95.55%,且患者在治疗后的并发症有效的得到减少;治疗后4例患者出现并发症,占所有患者的8.88%.患者在接受健康教育过程中,所感受到的痛苦以及不良情绪都得到改善,临床效果显著.结论:健康教育对老年克雷氏骨折患者遵医嘱行为有较好的临床作用,值得在临床上进一步推广使用.

AIM:To investigate the health education on elderly Colles fracture patients with prescribed behavior. METHODS:A total of 45 cases of senile Colles fracture patients admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the research object. Patients were assessed and the clinical effect of health education was observed . RESULTS:After health education, there were 43 cases cure, the cure rate was 95. 55%, and the complications get reduced effectively after treatment. And there were 4 patients had complications, above 8.88% of all patients. In the process of receiving health education, the feeling of pain and bad mood have been improved, and the clinical effect was significant. CONCLUSION: Health education for senile Colles fracture patients with prescribed behavior has good clinical effect, which is worth further promoting in clinical application.
