摘要
对邵阳学院的能耗进行了调查分析,找出了产生高能耗的原因,并根据邵阳学院的实际情况出发,从加强宣传教育、建立领导机制、形成管理体系、建设节能项目四个方面采取措施,建设节能项目方面有节能型空调的安装、照明的改造、食堂的改造、能耗监管体系建设,从而降低校园能耗。
This paper investigated and analyzed the consumption of energy in Shaoyang College and proposed the causes resulting in the high consumption of energy.It started from the practical situation and took measures from strengthening publicity and education,establishing leadership mechanism,establishing management system and constructing energy-saving projects to reduce the consumption of energy in campus.Energy saving projects included installing energy-saving air conditioning and,reforming lighting and dining room and constructing energy consumption supervision system.
