对农村土地整理存在问题及对策探讨

An Investigation into Problems in Rural Land Consolidation and Countermeasures

目前农村土地整理工作已遍及全国。但是由于土地整理监管和农民利益保障的不到位等问题致使土地整理工作受到阻碍。在阐释农村土地整理含义的基础上探讨了农村土地整理存在的主要问题,并依据问题提出相关对策。

Currently,rural land consolidation and rehabilitation work has been carried out through out the country.Since land consolidation regulation and the security for peasants＇ interest are not in place,land consolidation has encountered some obstruction.This paper interpretated the meaning of rural land consolidation,based on that,it analyzed the main problems in rural land consolidation,and put forward relevant countermeasures with respect to the problems.
