在城乡统筹发展的大背景下,设计建设新型小城镇是一条又好又快发展我国城镇化的道路。小城镇建设是平衡城镇体系的重要手段,可起到连接城市经济和农村经济桥梁的作用。但建设中应解决认识上的误区及防止"一哄而上乱铺摊子"问题。加快农村小城镇建设须进行科学规划,实行市场运作,特别是要构建产业体系。
