土地整治是通过生物措施和工程技术措施,改变土地的生态环境,整治的典型类型有水土流失地整治、盐碱地整治、风沙地整治、沼泽地整治等。土地治理项目的建设涉及建设材料、人员、资金、工具和建设技术等方面方面,要求施工项目部设在施工现场,按照实际情况组织及管理施工工作。施工现场须实行动态管理,按专业分工建立各级各岗位责任制。

Land reclamation refers to change the ecological environment of land in virtue of biological measures and engineering technology and measures,the typical types include the control of water and soil loss,the governance of saline and alkali land,the control of sandy land,and the governance of marshland and others.The construction of land reclamation project includes,construction materials,personnel,funds,tools,and construction technology and various aspects,construction project department is required to be set in construction site,and construction shall be organized and managed according to the actual situation.The construction site shall be managed dynamically,and determine responsibility system for each level and post according to classification of work.
