北京市海淀区重点行业员工的职业健康状况

Occupational health status of workers of key industry in Haidian District of Beijing City

目的了解北京市海淀区重点行业职业健康状况,为提出相应的改善建议提供依据。方法依据《2012年全国职业健康状况调查工作实施方案》对海淀区重点行业开展职业健康状况调查,并对接触职业病危害人群进行职业健康检查,分析检查结果。结果 5 066名工人中职业禁忌证检出率为0.6%,疑似职业病检出率为2.2%,确诊职业病1人。职业禁忌证检出率最高的是接触铅的人员,为1.4%;疑似职业病检出率最高的是接触苯的人员,为8.5%。小型企业接触苯的疑似职业病检出率最高,为10.8%;中型企业接触铅的职业禁忌证的检出率最高,为2.6%;疑似苯中毒中其他行业检出率最高,为2.5%;接触其他有害因素中化学原料及化学制品制造业职业禁忌证检出率最高,为2.4%。结论该区重点职业病防治行业应为苯作业,中小企业及高新科技企业的职业病危害不容忽视。

[Objective]To understand the occupational health status of key industry in Haidian District of Beijing City,and provide evidence for putting forward corresponding improvement suggestions.[Methods]According to ＂The Implementation Plan of National Occupational Health Status Survey in 2012＂,the occupational health status survey of key industries in Haidian District was carried out,the workers with occupational hazards exposure was examined,and the results were analyzed. [Results]Of 5 066 workers,the detection rate of occupational contraindication was 0.6%,the suspected occupational disease detection rate was2.2%,1 worker was diagnosed occupational disease. The detection rate of occupational contraindication was highest in workers contacting lead（1.4%）,the suspected occupational disease detection rate was highest in workers contacting benzene（8.5%）. The suspected occupational disease detection rate in small enterprises was highest in workers contacting benzene（10.8%）. The detection rate of occupational contraindication was highest in medium-sized enterprise with workers contacting lead（2.6%）. The detection rate of suspected benzene poisoning was highest in other industry（2.5%）. The highest occupational contraindication detection rate was chemical raw materials industry and chemical products manufacturing industry（2.4%）. [Conclusion]The key occupational disease prevention and control industry is benzene operation. And occupational hazards in some small and medium enterprises and high-tech enterprise can not be ignored.
