摘要
目的调查2014年张家港市某轮胎制造企业接触职业病危害因素及作业人员健康监护状况,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,为制定有效的干预和防治措施提供科学依据。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、现场检测、职业健康检查等方法,对职业病危害因素检测结果和作业人员职业健康监护情况进行分析,并通过检查表法评价职业卫生管理措施。结果作业场所空气中主要化学性有害因素,粉尘,X、γ辐射空气吸收剂量率均符合相关标准;噪声强度合格率为50%,高温合格率为28.6%,照度合格率为56.3%;职业病危害作业人员职业健康检查受检率为96.4%,发现有4名噪声工作岗位可疑职业健康损害者,未发现职业病和疑似职业病患者。结论该企业工作场所中的职业病危害因素的浓度(强度)大多符合《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值》和《工业企业设计卫生标准》的要求,但仍有部分工作场所的噪声、高温超过了职业接触限值,并出现职业相关健康损害,该项目的职业病防护设施还需进一步改进,在进行职业病综合防治的同时还应重视职业安全教育并积极开展职工健康促进活动。
[Objective] To investigate the current situation of occupational hazard factors and occupational health surveillance among exposed workers in a tire manufacturing enterprise of Zhangjiagang City in 2014, evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and the effects, and providing scientific basis for developing the effective intervention and prevention measures.[Methods] Through the field occupational health investigation, field inspection, and occupational health examination, the detection results of occupational hazards and occupational health surveillance results of exposed workers were analyzed, while the occupational health management measures were evaluated by the checklist method. [Results] The concentrations of main chemical hazards and dust, as well as the X-ray and y-ray radiation absorbed close rate in air of workplace met the relevant standards. The qualified rate of noise intensity, high temperature and illuminance was 50%, 28.6% and 56.3%, respectively. The occupational health examination rate of workers exposed to occupational hazards was 96.4%, the suspicious health damage was observed in 4 noise-exposed workers, and the patients with occupational disease and suspected occupational disease were not found. [Conclusion] The concentrationdntensity of occupational hazard factors in workplace of this enterprise mostly meet the requirements of the Occupational exposure limits for hazardous agents in the workplace and the Hygienic standards for the design of industrial enterprises, but there are still-some results of noise and high temperature exceed the occupational exposure limits, which cause occupation-related health damage. Therefore, the occupational prevention facilities of the project need to be further improved, and it is necessary to strengthen the comprehensive occupational prevention and control, pay attention to occupational safety education, and actively carry out the employee health promotion activities.
