民航飞行学员功能动作筛查的应用研究 被引量:2

Research on application of functional movement screening among civil flight cadets

摘要 目的了解当前我国高校民航飞行学员功能性动作能力现状,为有效预防飞行学员运动损伤,制定体能干预措施提供依据。方法采用FMS测试方法对36名南京航空航天大学飞行学员进行功能动作测试。结果飞行学员功能性动作筛查(FMs)平均得分14.69分,14分以下的占30.6%,14~16分占47.2%,17~19分占22.2%;肩部灵活性、直线弓步蹲的平均得分明显好于其他5个动作;其中8.3%、5.6%的学员分别在稳定性俯撑起测试与躯干旋转稳定性测试为0分。结论飞行学员存在功能性动作障碍,躯干稳定性能力差,核心力量和上肢力量相对薄弱,髂腰肌过于紧张和胭绳肌的主动收缩能力较差。应停止目前的身体训练并进行动作矫正训练,避免运动损伤发生。 [ Objective ] To investigate the current situation of the functional movement ability among civil flight cadets in the colleges in China, provide the basis for preventing sport injuries to the cadets and developing the methods for physical intervention. [Methods] The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) was used to test the functional movement of 36 cadets in Nanjing University of Aeronauticsand Astronautics. [Results] The average score of FMS was 14.69, and the cadets earned the scores below 14 accounted for 30.6%, while the scores of 14-16 and 17-19 accounted for 47.2% and 22.2% respectively. The average scores of shoulder flexibility and linear lunge squat were obviously better than those of other 5 movements. 8.3% and 5.6% of the cadets got 0 in the stable crab lift test and trunk rotary stability test respectively. [Conclusion] The flight cadets suffer from some functional movement disorders: poor trunk stability, weak core strength and upper body strength, over-tensed iliopsoas and poor hamstring muscle active contractility, etc. It is necessary to stop the current physical training and take the correction action training, to avoid sports injury.
