摘要
赖氨酸特异性组蛋白去甲基化酶(lysine specific demethylase 1,LSD1)是一种黄素腺嘌呤二磷酸吡啶核苷酸(FAD)依赖的单胺氧化酶,可以特异性地催化单甲基化和二甲基化的组蛋白H3第4位及第9位赖氨酸去甲基化,同时可以催化非组蛋白的去甲基化,从而在转录后水平调控基因的表达。近年来研究发现,LSD1在前列腺癌中表达明显增高,而且与肿瘤进展及复发明显相关,这使其可能成为一种新的判断前列腺癌预后的指标,并为治疗前列腺开辟一条新的途径。
Lysine specific demethylasel (LSD1) is an FAD (flavin adenine dinucleotide)-dependent monoamine oxidase, it can specifically catalyse the demethylation of lysine 4 and 9 on methylated and dimethylated histone H3, as well as the demethylation of non-histone proteins, so as to impact the post-transcriptional regulation in gene expression. In recent years, the researches reveal that the LSD1 expression obviously increase in prostate cancer and is significantly related to progress and recurrence of tumor, which indicate it may become a new index to estimate the prognosis of prostate cancer and a new way for treatment of Drostate cancer.
