心血管外科的微创治疗进展 被引量:2

摘要 有文字记载的第一例心脏手术可以追溯到1896年。但现代心脏外科直到20世纪30年代才有了系统的发展。1958年Gibbon将首例心肺机成功应用到临床,为现代心外科的发展奠定了技术基础。随后的几十年间,借助体外循环和心肌保护技术,正中开胸直视操作的传统心脏外科得到了全面发展。随着上世纪80年代介入治疗技术的发展和微创外科的兴起,人们对心脏外科领域同样提出了损伤小、出血少、恢复快、安全美观等要求。微创心脏外科(minimallyinvasivecardiacsurgery,MICS)也应运而生。
