摘要
斑马鱼作为一种模式动物,已经被广泛应用于遗传学和发育生物学研究。近些年,斑马鱼的研究已经拓展和延伸到中药领域。作为一种整体动物模型,斑马鱼能够全面地检测、评估中药的活性和毒性,进而实现高通量筛选。概括介绍了斑马鱼模型的特点及其在中药毒性、活性物质筛选和中药代谢方面的研究进展。
Zebra fish, as a model organism, has been widely used in genetics and developmental biology. In recent years, researches on the zebra fish have expanded and extended the field of Chinese materia medica(CMM) since it is a useful model of choice for in vivo pharmacology dynamic screening. Through zebra fish, we are able to fully detect and identify the substances of activity and/or toxicity of CMM with the advantage of real-time dynamic monitoring, thus achieving high-throughput screening. In this article, we outline the features of the zebra fish model and summarize its progress in screening toxicity and active substances of CMM as well as metabolic study in vivo.
