小型往复式压缩机的节能技术及试验研究

摘要 通过对小型往复式压缩机的压缩过程进行数值模拟,发现与绝热压缩过程相比,等温压缩过程理论上可以大幅降低制冷压缩机的功耗。工程上通过润滑油系统冷却压缩机,可以实现近似的等温压缩过程。通过大量的润滑油冷却压缩机的试验,确定了最优的压缩机冷却注油量,此时压缩机COP最大。 According to the numerical simulations of the compression process of the reciprocating compressor, it shows that the power consumption is reduced under the approximate isothermal compression process compared with the adiabatic compression. Since the approximate isothermal compression process can be achieved by using oil lubrication system, numerous tests of using the oil lubricants has been done and the optimal intake volume is gained so the COP value of the compressor reaches the highest.
