摘要
科技金融结合效率对科技成果转化有重要影响,而DEA-Tobit模型有助于评价科技金融结合效率和分析其影响因素。本文运用该研究方法,采用2005—2014年河南省18个地市科技金融的有关数据,对其科技金融结合效率进行了实证研究。结果表明:10年来河南省科技金融结合效率呈现先上升后下降的趋势,并且具有明显的地区差异;科技金融结合效率相对较高的地市应重视规模效率的提高,结合效率相对较低的地市应加大科技金融投入力度;科技拨款与科技金融结合效率呈显著负相关,金融市场规模、高技术企业整体规模与科技金融结合效率呈显著正相关,但是金融市场效率与科技金融结合效率呈不显著正相关关系,并且金融市场结构与科技金融结合效率呈不显著负相关关系。
Financial combination efficiency of science and technology has an important influence on the transfor-mation of scientific and technological achievements,and the DEA-Tobit model is helpful to evaluate the financial effi-ciency and analyzes its main influencing factors of science and technology. By using the research method, this paper adopts the science and technology financial related data of 18 cities in Henan province from 2005 to 2014 to conduct an empirical study on the financial combination efficiencyof science and technology. The results show that the efficiency of financial combination of science and technology of Henan province duringthe ten years shows a downward trend after rising first and has obvious regional differences. The cities of relatively high combination efficiency of science and fi-nance should pay attention to the scale efficiency and the cities of relatively low combination efficiency should increase financial investment in science and technology. Funding of science and technology combined with science and technolo-gy financial efficiency has a significant negative correlation,and the financial market scale and high technology enter-prise combined with science and technology financial efficiency is significant positively related to the overall scale. However, the efficiency of financial markets and financial efficiency were not significant positive correlated with sci-ence and technology,and the financial market structure and financial efficiency were not significantly negative correlat-ed with science and technology.
