摘要
柳枝稷是一种优良的纤维素类草本能源植物,具有优良的牧草特性及水土保持功能,同时又被认为是一种理想的可再生替代能源植物。为研究不同温度处理下柳枝稷种子的萌发特性,利用主成分分析法对发芽总数、发芽率、峰值、日平均发芽率、发芽系数、发芽指数、胚芽干重和活力指数8个种子活力测定指标进行了筛选,结果表明:发芽指数、发芽系数、胚芽干重3个测定指标能够较真实、全面地反映柳枝稷种子活力水平,可作为种子萌发的测定指标;柳枝稷3个品种种子的适宜萌发温度为35℃,在发芽水平上,品种Bay Canada的种子品质要高于Alamo、Common。
Switchgrass(Panicum virgatum L.) is an excellent cellulose based energy plant.It has very good forage characteristics and soil and water conservation function and is also considered as an ideal renewable alternative energy.The paper studied the germination characteristics of 3 species of switchgrass seed under the different conditions of temperature and selected reliability indexes from 8 measurement indexes of total germination,germination rate,peak value,daily average germination rate,germination coefficient,germination index,embryo dry weight and vitality index by using principal component analysis.The outcomes show that a) the 3 measurement indexes of germination index,germination coefficient and embryo dry weight can truly and comprehensively reflect the seed vigor level and can be used as measurement indexes for seed germination and;b) the suitable germination temperature for 3 species of switchgrass seed is 35℃ On the level of germination,the seed quality of Bay Canada is higher than that of Alamo and Common.
