摘要
以普通硅酸盐水泥胶砂为基准,利用羟丙基甲基纤维素和硅粉的协同分散,使短切碳纤维在水泥胶砂基体材料中均匀分散,分析了碳纤维掺量不同时,水泥胶砂抗折强度和抗压强度的改善情况。试验表明,当碳纤维掺量为0.8%时达到最佳状态,掺碳纤维水泥胶砂28 d抗折强度与未掺碳纤维水泥胶砂相比增强58.9%,抗压强度增强14.3%。
This work aims at investigating the influence of the flexural strength and compressive strength of cement mortar in different mass of carbon fibers,when the carbon fibers were dispersed with the dispersion of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and silica fume. Experiments show that,when the carbon fiber content is 0. 8wt%, the flexural strength increased 58. 9%, and the compressive strength increased 14. 3%.
