隧道施工对上覆建筑物影响的研究现状

The State and the Art of the Influence of Tunnel Construction on the Overlying Buildings

隧道开挖将引起地表沉降,使建筑物产生附加应力和变形,导致建筑物的开裂及倾斜等问题,严重影响建筑物的正常使用。本文在已有研究成果的基础上,分析和总结了隧道施工对建筑物影响的研究内容、研究方法及研究成果,提出了进一步研究的思路,为类似研究提供有益的参考。

Tunnel constructions cause ground settlement,additional stress and deformation of the overlying building,which may lead to settlement,incline and other issues of buildings. Based on the existing research results in the field,the research methods and results of the impact of tunnel construction on adjacent buildings were respectively reviewed and summarized,and the further study and research ideas were put forward.
