基于模糊控制的聚氨酯树脂配料称重系统的设计与研究

摘要 针对目前动态称重精度不高的问题,提出了一种基于PLC的模糊控制器在聚氨酯树脂生产过程中对称重系统的控制方案。经过试验和分析可知,通过模糊控制算法,大大提高了聚氨酯树脂反应釜的物料输入量控制的精度。 In order to solve the problem of low accuracy in the dynamic weighing systems, a fuzzy controller based on PLC is pres- ented in. This controller is used to control the weighing system of the polyurethane resin production. It is known through testing and analysis that by the fuzzy control algorithm, the accuracy of the polyurethane resin reactor' s inputting control is greatly im- proved.
