摘要
借鉴飞机与轻钢结构房屋屋面中的蒙皮结构,提出一种基于蒙皮效应的新型门式起重机结构。起重机蒙皮结构是在空间构架的纵、横肋上蒙上一层金属板,形成共同作用体系,蒙皮可承受面内拉、压和剪应力,它相当于连续分布的支撑,起到空间受力的效果。以常用箱型结构起重机主梁和蒙皮结构箱型起重机主梁为例,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对两种不同形式的主梁结构性能进行分析,得出结论,从而为起重机主梁结构轻量化研究提供理论依据和数据支持。
Reference plane and light steel structure house roof in skin structure, proposed a new type of skin effect on gantry crane structure. The crane skin structure is cast on the vertical space frame, the transverse ribs layer of metal plates, forming a joint ac- tion system, the inner surface of the skin can withstand tensile, compressive and shear stress ,which is equivalent to support con- tinuous distribution, play the spatial stress effect. Taking common box type structure of crane girder and skin structure of box gird- er crane as an example, using finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze two different forms' performance and concluded, which provides theoretical basis and data support for the research of lightweight crane girder structure.
