摘要
以天线系统线缆为研究对象,对基于虚拟仿真平台的虚拟装配路径规划技术进行了研究,并利用DELMIA软件中的DPM模块对天线系统线缆的装配进行了模拟。从静态干涉、动态干涉和装配顺序3个方面对线缆进行干涉检查以验证其可装配性,并提出修改意见。针对天线系统典型线缆进行了装配动画仿真。
Based on the virtual simulation platform, study on virtual assembly path planning techniques for cable of the antenna system,simulated the cable assembly by using the DPM module of the DELMIA software. Meanwhile interference was checked from static interference, dynamic interference and assembly sequence to verify whether the cables can be assembled, and then give some proposes to change. Assembly animation of the typical cable of the antenna system was carried out.
