摘要
针对转子在生产过程中所出现的生产线平衡率低、交货周期长等问题,运用精益六西格玛方法进行了研究。首先,对转子在加工过程中存在的问题进行定义,并测量相关数据绘制出价值流现状图;然后,运用因果矩阵法、失效模式和影响分析(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis,FMEA)法等进行分析,找出了引起问题的重要因素;最后,运用工业工程的相关方法进行了相应的改进设计。通过精益生产和六西格玛管理的有机结合,使转子生产过程中出现的各种问题得到了很好地解决。
Aiming at the low balance ratio of production line of rotator during the production process and the prolonged delivery cycle, the lean six sigma method is used to research. Firstly, it defines the issues encountered by the rotator during the process and draws a value flow graph according to relevant data measured; then it finds out the important factor that causes the problem with causality matrix and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis(FMEA) method; finally, it makes improvement design with industrial engi- neering method. By combination of the lean thinking and six sigma management method, the issues of rotator during production are well addressed.
