摘要
充分考虑扭力梁的柔性特性,建立某型轿车扭力梁后悬架刚柔耦合多体动力学模型,分别进行平行轮跳、侧向力加载以及纵向力加载工况下的仿真分析。基于悬架K&C试验结果对所建模型进行验证,结果表明所建立的扭力梁后悬架刚柔耦合多体动力学模型具有一定的精度,可用于悬架K&C特性的后续研究。
Combined with the finite element model of the torsion beam, a rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamic vehicle model of a torsion beam rear suspension is established, and the simulation analyses on parallel wheel travel condition,lateral force load- ing and longitudinal force loading condition are made. Based on the results of suspension K&C test,the established model is vali- dated. The results indicate that the rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamic vehicle model of a torsion beam rear suspension has certain precision, which can be used for further study of suspension K&C characteristics.
