摘要
基于PC平台与数据采集卡的数据采集系统有诸多优点,但在应用A/D模拟信号输入功能时,PCI2366数据采集卡不具备以软件调节方式放大信号的功能,需通过在PCI2366数据采集卡的NG端焊接放大电阻的方法以硬件调节方式实现信号放大。由于焊接电位器时无法实时得到电阻阻值及放大倍数,为PCI2366数据采集卡的使用带来不便。为解决这种问题,提出一种PCI2366数据采集卡放大电阻阻值实时测量的简便方法,避免了拆卸数据采集卡测量放大电阻的复杂程序,在测量电阻的精确值、确定电位器电阻值和确定放大电路的放大倍数等方面具有一定意义。
There are many advantages of data acquisition system based on PC and data acquisition card. However, in the applica- tion of A/D analog input amplification function, PCI2366 does not have the functions to adjust signal by software,which need to weld resistance at both ends of the NG at PC12366 to achieve enlarge signal by hardware. When potentiometer was welding, the re- sistance and magnification can' t be obtained in realtime, which is inconvenient to use PCI2366. In order to solve the problem, presented a convenient method about resistance realtime measuring based on PCI2366. Complicated procedures of removing data acquisition card to measure resistance are avoided. It is significant in measuring the precise resistance, determining potentiometer resistance and obtaining the magnification of the amplifier circuit.
