摘要
为解决平面度误差数据处理繁琐、曲面模型可视化等问题,运用最小二乘法原理在Lab VIEW平台上使用图形化函数设计评定程序,以简化求解过程;结合MATLAB强大的图形处理功能,通过Lab VIEW内部MATLAB Script节点调用MATLAB程序实现平面度的可视化。针对南通某公司爆破片的环形安装结构进行平面度测试与分析,结果表明:该评定程序快捷、可靠,可视化模型直观、形象,为提高平面度误差评估检测效率,增强可视化效果,改善加工工艺奠定了基础。
To solve the problems of flatness error complex data processing and surface model visualization, the assessment proce- dure was made on the LabVIEW platform with graphical function to simplified the solving process by least squares method. Flat- ness visualization was realized by calling MATLAB program through LabVIEW internal MATLAB Script node. The flatness of rup- ture disc annular mounting structure was tested and analyzed in a Nantong company. The results show that the assessment proce- dure is fast and reliable, visualization model is visual and vivid. It is helpful for improving the efficiency of flatness error detec- tion, enhancing the visual effect and improving the machining process.
