摘要
目的:探讨PDCA理论在透析室护士激励政策中的应用效果。方法:采用便利整群抽样的方法,选取兰州大学3所附属医院的血透室护士共105人,分别在PDCA理论应用前,应用半年、一年后,对其进行满意度及工作压力调查,并进行自身前后对照,评价PDCA循环的应用效果。结果:PDCA管理实施半年后,3所医院护士平均每月劳动薪酬、休假比值、工作满意度高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05,工作压力得分与实施前比较,无统计学差异,P>0.05;PDCA管理实施1年后,护士的平均每月劳动薪酬、休假比值、护理工作质量、工作满意度及压力与实施前比较,均具有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:实施PDCA管理后,护士的工作满意度提高,压力下降,PDCA循环应用于血透室护士激励政策中,有助于持续提高护理管理质量,更有效、更人性化、更科学。
Objective:To evaluate The effect of PDCA theory on improving the satisfaction and pressure tension among nurses in blood purification center. Methods:A total of 105 nurses in the blood purification center were recruited from 3 affiliated hospital of Lanzhou University by convenience overall samping. Questionnaire were uesd to evaluate the nurses’satisfaction and pressure tension before, half year, one year after uesing PDCA theory, then evaluated it’s effect. Results: Their remuneration, vacation, quality of care, satisfaction had significant increased, and pressure tension were decreased (P〈0.05). Conclusion: After using PDCA theory,nueses own higher satisfaction and lower pressure, so PDCA theory is effective in encourage nurses in blood purification center.It’s helpfull for continuous improvement, effctive, hommization, and scientific.
