摘要报告1例髁突矢壮骨折(sagittal fracture of the mandibular condyle,SFMC)伴外上方脱位患者的治疗效果,并复习相关文献资料,对其发生机理及诊断治疗进行讨论。SFMC是髁突囊内骨折的一种类型,该类型在临床上并不常见,有少数患者在髁突骨折的同时发生了髁突残端的外上方脱位,具有一定的临床特点。
