33%二甲戊乐灵乳油的高效液相色谱分析研究

Study on Analysis of 33% Pendimethalin EC in Emulsifiable Concentrate by HPLC

采用高效液相色谱法,使用Sun Fire TM C18不锈钢色谱柱和紫外检测器,以乙腈-水(80∶20,v/v)作为流动相,流速为1 m L/min,柱温30℃,在240 nm的波长下,对二甲戊乐灵乳油进行定量分析测定。结果表明,二甲戊乐灵的线性相关系数为0.999 9,标准偏差为0.045,变异系数为0.14%,平均回收率为99.47%。该分析方法操作简便、快速、准确,重现性好,可用于二甲戊乐灵乳油的质量控制中。

The quantitative analysis method of pendimethalin EC in emulsifiable concentrate was developed by High Performance Liquid Chromatography （HPLC）consisting ultraviolet absorbance detector, the analytical column was a SunFireTM C^s column.The mobile phase was an acetonitrile-water（ 80：20, v/v ） at a flow rate of 1 mL/min. The temperature was kept at 30 ~C.The wavelength of detector was set at 240 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of the analytical method for pendimethalin was 0.999 9, the standard deviation was 0.045,the coefficient of variation was 0.14%, and the average recovery ratio was 99.47%. The method is simple,rapid, accurate and reproducible and can be used for quality control of pendimethalin in emulsifiable concentrate.
