云杉梢斑螟室内毒力测定及田间防效试验

Vtrulence Indoor Toxicity Determination and Field Efficacy Against Dioryctria schuezeella Fuehs

应用8种杀虫剂对云杉梢斑螟幼虫进行室内毒力测定,结果表明:供试杀虫剂对云杉梢斑螟的毒力大小依次为1.8%阿维菌素乳油>0.5%藜芦碱可溶性液剂>4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油>10%联苯菊酯乳油>12%毒死蜱·高氯乳油>20%马拉·高氯氟乳油>45%马拉硫磷乳油>10%啶虫脒乳油。从中筛选出6种有效杀虫剂,开展了田间防治试验,结果表明:施药48 h后,1.8%阿维菌素乳油3 000倍液、0.5%藜芦碱可溶性液剂400倍液和4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油1 000倍液防治效果均达90%以上。

The vtrulence indoor toxicity of 8 kinds of insecticides to Dioryctria schuezeella Fuehs were carried out.Results showed that the order of toxicities of the 8 insceticides from high to low against the larva of Dioryctria schuezeella Fuehs was 1.8% abamectin EC〉0.5% veratridine soluble liquid〉4.5% cypermethrin EC〉10% bifenthrin EC〉12% chlorpyrifos high chlorine EC〉20% Mara. High chlorofluorocarbons EC〉45% malathion EC〉 10% acetamiprid EC. 6 kinds of effective insecticides were selected in field tests. Results showed that the control effect of 1.8% abamectin EC 3 000 times ,0.5% veratridine SL 400 times and 4.5% cypermethrin EC 1 000 times all reached more than 90% after applying pesticide 48 hours.
