解释结构模型法结合模糊层次分析法的物流供应商选择

摘要 研究物流供应商选择问题,采用专家小组法确定物流供应商选择的主要影响因素并分析它们之间的二元关系,使用解释结构模型法分析影响因素的层级关系并构建物流供应商选择的多级递阶结构模型,弥补了以往物流供应商选择指标体系分层依据过于主观的不足之处;考虑到决策者在进行指标评价时可能产生的主观模糊性,设计了模糊层次分析法对各层指标进行判断比较并确定其权重值,以此为依据计算出各个候选物流供应商的综合权重,为企业合理选择最优物流供应商提供参考和依据。 The Delphi method is employed to determine the main influencing factors of logistics provider selection, and the binary relations between these factors are analyzed. The interpretative structural modeling(ISM) is used to analyze the hierarchical relationship of these factors. The hierarchical structure model of logistics supplier selection is established. So, the deficiency of subjective hierarchical basis is remedied for the previous logistics supplier selection index system. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP) is designed for the subjective fuzziness of decision-makers in evaluating, and the weight values of indexes are determined by FAHP. Also, the comprehensive weight of each candidate logistics supplier is determined. The proposed approaches provide reference and basis for enterprise to select the best logistics suppliers.
