青海省生态脆弱区以旅游业为主导推动城镇化建设的路径分析——以环青海湖和三江源地区为例

Analysis of the Path of Tourism-oriented Urbanization in Ecologically Fragile Zone in Qinghai Province——A Case Study of Areas Round Qinghai Lake and Sanjiang Source Region

新型城镇化强调的是人的城镇化,新型城镇化目标的实现必须有产业支撑。青海省的生态脆弱区有着重要的生态地位,传统的以工业为支撑的城镇化模式在这个区域无法推进,但这个区域有着丰富的旅游资源,因此可以选择以旅游业为主导推动城镇化的发展。文章从环青海湖和三江源地区的城镇化现状出发,阐述了这个区域以旅游业为主导推动城镇化发展的可行性和必要性,得出通过旅游业的发展实现城镇化目标可能的路径和发展过程中必须坚持的原则。

New urbanization is emphasized as human＇s urbanization; the realization of the new urbanization goal must be supported by industry. The ecologically fragile area in Qinghai province enjoys great ecological importance, so the traditional urbanization mode supported by industry cannot be implemented here. But the region has rich tourism resources, so it can choose tourism as the leading force to promote the development of urbanization. Starting from the status quo of the areas round Qinghai Lake and Sanjiang source region, the paper discusses the feasibility and necessity of regional tourism as the leading factor to promote the development of urbanization, through the development of tourism it may achieve the goal of urbanization.
