摘要 课堂教学满意度是指学生对高校课堂教学服务的期望值与实际体验该服务的感受值之间的差距,是反映课堂教学质量的参数,是测量课堂教学质量和学生满意水平的重要量化指标。本文基于分层教学视角,通过问卷调查形式实证探讨了商科院校大学生《微积分》课堂教学满意度状况,运用Spss19.0软件进行分析,并据此对提高课堂教学满意度提出相应建议。 The satisfaction degree of classroom-teaching refers to the gap between students' expectation for educational services of classrooms in universities and the actual value of their experience. It is not only the index to reflect the classroom-teaching quality but also a quantitative index to measure the classroom-teaching quality as well as students' satisfaction level. Based on the angle of stratified teaching, through the form of questionnaire, the paper carries out an empirical study on the students' satisfaction degree of Calculus classroom-teaching with the aid of Spss19.0 software and offers suggestions on how to improve the satisfaction degree of classroom-teaching accordingly.
