摘要
通过对西吉县退耕还林区林下经济发展现状的深入调研,分析该地区林下经济发展中存在的问题,并从宣传动员、示范带动、规划布局、服务推动、组织领导等方面提出了对策。
Through in-depth investigation and research on status of understory economy of returning farmland to forest region in Xiji Country, the existing problems in development of understory economy were found out.Countermeasures were put forward from following aspects ：propaganda and mobilization, demonstration driven, layout planning, service promotion, organization and leadership, etc.
