It＇s elaborated that in the rural sewage treatment process ,relevant theories provide premise and basis for mutual beneficiaries ,namely the whole society which have become sewage disposal responsibility body.Therefore,it＇s proposed that beneficiaries funding responsibility and its support ,participation responsibility should be mutual in accordance with the basic requirements of scientific and rational allocation from the reality of rural sewage disposal.
