Ideological and political work of agricultural scientific research units is not only a foundation work, but Mso a key work. On the basis of summarizing the problems of ideologiecal and political work, the innovation of the ideological and political work in agricultural scientific research units were discussed from four aspects,including concept, content, mechanism and method.
