摘要
医师职业精神是评价医师和医院管理工作的重要环节,科学的职业精神量表可以帮助卫生行政部门和医院管理者正确评价和引导医生的职业行为。通过文献研究和行为事件访谈法,采用项目分析、信度分析、效度分析等统计方法,利用SPSS21.0统计软件对数据进行统计处理。初步编制了具有适用性的医师职业精神量表。经探索性因子分析,医师职业精神量表由四个因素组成:医患关系技巧、可靠和负责、与患者及其家属朋友有效沟通、团队精神,共计19个项目。全量表的内部一致性系数为0.93,量表具有较好的信度和效度。
Abstraet:Medical professionalism is an essential element of evaluation on doctors and hospital management, where a scientific assessment scale can contribute for the sound evaluation which will guide doctors' behavior correctly. Based on the methods of literature review and behavioral event interview, the authors applied SPSS21. 0 software for statistical analysis, including project analysis, reliability analysis and validity analysis. After the exploratory factor analysis, the authors proposed that the assessment scale should contain 19 items of four categories, which are doctor-patient relationship skills, reliability and responsibility, effective communication with patients and their families and friends, and teamwork. Cronbach's Alpha of the assessment scale is 0.93, which indicates a good reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Key Words:doctor, medical professionalism, assessment scale
